Welcome November! The office was busy last month with member events and client meetings but we still managed to come together often enough to discuss all of our favorite things. From furniture faves to the latest and greatest in skincare, we’ve talked through it all.

Leave it to the millennial to be up to date on the latest and greatest in skincare, Aynsley is obsessed with skin cycling. Essentially, it’s a simplified skin care routine meant to optimize the results and minimize irritation from your products. The technique went viral on TikTok and was originally shared by Dr. Whitney Bowe. A four night cycle, night one is a chemical exfoliant (such as an AHA, or Lactic Acid) night two is your retinol (prescription or OTC is fine too) and nights three and four are “rest” nights where you just give your skin a ton of moisture.

Claire has been loving the Better Days Co Caffeinated Greens in the morning. She loves the caffeine kick and that they are packed with essential vitamins for lasting energy and focus throughout the day. Possibly the best part is that they taste good so they are easy to have every day! We all know that those fruits, veggies, and leafy greens in will help with overall wellness and feeling good but they aren’t always the easiest to work into your daily diet. Drinking them first thing in the morning helps to kickstart that wellness in addition to what you are able to get in the rest of the day!
